Our Avidiant consultants have extensive experience from the Big 4 accounting firms and can provide companies assistance with their external audit process. Your auditors will request many schedules which will consist of both financial and non-financial data, and if the data is not in a sufficient form for the auditors to conduct field work, the services may be performed at a premium rate. We can ensure that the proper documentation is prepared for the external auditors to avoid cost overages.
The external auditor’s job is to ensure that the financial statements are reasonably stated, and in doing so they may adjust the financial statements accordingly. We can review your financial statements and perform procedures prior to the audit to keep adjustments at a minimum, and ensure that the audit is a short and smooth process.
